Getachew Tesfaw Walle, BSc, MSc, is a Lecturer in Adult Health Nursing at Bahidar University, Ethiopia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (CGPA 3.58/4.00) and a Master of Science in Adult Health Nursing (CGPA 3.90/4.00). His academic and research interests focus on oncology nursing, chronic disease management, epidemiology, and health systems strengthening in low-resource settings.
Mr. Walle has been actively engaged in clinical teaching, curriculum development, and research supervision within the Faculty of Health Sciences. His recent work centers on cancer epidemiology and treatment outcomes, particularly colorectal cancer survival and determinants of mortality in oncology centers across the Amhara region. He is committed to advancing evidence-based practice and improving cancer care delivery in geographically isolated and underserved populations in Ethiopia.
